  • ​Q: How do to book a reservation?

​ A: To book one of our accommodations, you can either fill out the form on our "Contact Us" page or call us at 1(441)234-2527 between 9am and 6pm EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).  Following this we will provide you will an invoice for the full-payment of your stay. Once processed you will receive a receipt confirming your stay.

  • Q: When is check in/out time?

A: Check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time is at 11am.

  • Q:  Do you allow smoking on the property? In the room?

​A: No smoking is allowed in any of our accommodations. However, smoking is permitted  outside of the rooms.

  • Q:  How are your rates quoted?

A:  Our rates are quoted as double occupancy. $35 per person per night for each additional guest.

  • ​Q: Will your rooms allow cribs/playpens?

​A: Upon request a playpen can be made available at an additional cost.

  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?

​A: We have a strict cancellation policy, once a reservation has been made no refunds will be made.

  • Q: What is the minimum age requirement to check-in?

​A: You must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.

  • ​Q: Do you have accessible rooms?

​A: Our "Loquat Garden" Studio Apartment is at ground level and is accessible. 

  • ​Q: What methods of payment are accepted?

​A: Mastercard, Visa & Direct Transfers are accepted.

  • Q: Do you accept pets?

A: No. Pets are not allowed.

  • Q: Do children stay for free?

A: Our rates are based on double occupancy.  Additional guest (child or adult)  incur an additional fee of $35 per person, per night. 

Children over the age of 16 are considered adults.
Our 'Loquat Garden' Studio Apartment is suited for 2 Adults & 2 children or 3 Adults. 
Furnished with a King bed which can be converted into 2 single beds &  a double sleeper couch.

  • Q: Are linens & towels provided?

​A: Yes, linens and bathroom towels are provided in each room. However, you will need to supply your own beach towels.

The quality of your stay at our properties is paramount to us; therefore we make every effort to accommodate you. Our self-contained efficiency accommodations are air-conditioned, fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home. Compliance with our Policies allows us to continue to offer you incomparable extremely generous rates.  As your personal concierge, we are willing to answer any questions, give directions, make recommendations, reservations etc.  If at any time you are in need or have a problem, please contact us immediately and afford us the opportunity to address the matter and attempt to rectify it, particularly unforeseen circumstances.     

​​General Rules

  • Only Registered guest are permitted to occupy our accommodations; therefore each guest is required to Register upon arrival.             Your "Welcome Package" which includes your Registration Rental Agreement & a plethora of Tourist information is located on your desk.  You are kindly requested to read, complete, sign and submit this document immediately upon arrival.


  • Our $125.00 Security Deposit for damages or breakage is required in cash or Credit Card, if applicable & must be presented upon arrival.  At Check Out providing there are no damages or breakage, or property is not left in the manner let, ie requiring excessive cleaning you will receive a full refund; however if there is any breach of these policies, it will be discussed and you will be charged in the appropriate manner, if applicable & refunded accordingly.  

  • We uphold a general standard non-refundable cancellation policy: Cancellation of reservation will forfeit your total non-refundable payment. Sorry, but our policy is enforced as we reserved the accommodation and your dates especially for you, as per your request.   

  • We reserve the rights to up-date our Policies & adjust our Rates as deemed necessary. 

House Rules

  • Due to insurance and fire code restrictions, only battery operated candles  are  allowed in our guest rooms.

  • Bermuda has a no tolerance for illegal drugs

  • Respecting us as well as all of our guest we have a  No smoking inside policy. All smoking must take place well away from the building as we offer a smoke-free environment for the enjoyment of our guests. We kindly ask that you properly dispose of your butts.

  • Those violating this policy are subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee and may be asked to terminate your agreement.

  • Additional cleaning is done by request only.  Services are offered at the rate of $30 an hour.


  • For sanitary reasons and respect of guests with allergies, Sorry..... No pets are allowed.

  • Our pets are small Terriers (4 lbs & a 15 lb) and are kept away from our guest accommodations, primarily for the avoidance of guests with a fear of dogs & allergies. 

Limited Liability

  • ​Bermuda Connections or its representative(s) do not accept liability for acts of violence, nature, fire, flood, war, civil disobedience, riot, or other force that may have a deleterious effect on our Guest(s).  Bermuda Connections or its representative(s) will put forth all reasonable efforts to provide advice and safety information.  It is the sole responsibility of the Guest to ensure that they have read and understood the contents and advice given prior to & following their arrival.  In addition,  we do not accept liability for equipment failure and/or services in the Property, especially due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of failure of equipment, the Guest must notify us immediately or within one working day, such that we may elect to rectify the failure.  Bermuda Connections or its representative(s) may enter the Property at any time, without notice, for the purpose of protection and/or maintenance of the Property. Whenever possible, we will provide notice to the Guests prior to such entrance.

​Travel Insurance​

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.  It protects you for hazards that, may affect your trip ie;  Trip inturruption or cancellation, or for reasons out of both your control & that of your host, medical expenses if you get sick or injured whilst away from home.       

  • Tropical storms and hurricane season is from June to November, and while the odds are slim that a storm will affect your trip, it can happen.​
